What we do

Power in Performance (PIP) runs drama classes and workshops for children aged 4-18 years old. We passionately believe that through collaboration, children and teenagers can grow in confidence, build communication skills and most importantly have fun! 

Our aim is to create an inclusive environment where every child is nurtured individually to empower them to reach their full potential. 

With over 25 combined years of acting and using theatre to educate and engage young people we know the power that theatre has to reduce stress and build resilience as well as being a way to let loose and have fun - something we all need more of!

Fliss and Elyot are both professionally trained actors graduating from top London drama schools (Rose Bruford and Drama Centre London)

Fliss spent a number of years working professionally as an Actor before moving into directing children and young people. She was the General Manager of an award winning educational theatre company in London for many years, writing and delivering their educational programmes. As a Creative Practitioner she has run youth theatres and creative workshops for the last 15 years, teaching both in London and Cornwall.

Elyot is a working actor/musician  most recently appearing on ITV's Stonehouse. He has been teaching drama since the age of 18 and tutoring students applying for drama schools. Alongside this Elyot travels the country as a diversity and inclusivity facilitator with both public and private organisations using theatre to educate. 

Both Fliss and Elyot have strong links throughout the industry with casting directors, directors and theatres.
